QATAR GAS.Job Title : Project Engineer –HVAC & Mechanical Accountabilities

• Preparation and obtaining Engineering Material Approvals (MAR) from Client.
• Preparation of Method Statements,ITP and Procedure for HVAC and Mechanical Construction Activities.
• Served as system owner for whole HVAC scope of the project.
• Played a key role in commissioning all major packages such as process Chillers,RO pressure vessel modules,centrifuge separator,Decanter,Chemical Dosing Pump,DX ACCU unit,Horizontal and Vertical centrifugal pump,Cavity pump,Lamella separator,AHU unit,Aeration Blower,Pressurized Vessels,types of filters,U / G piping flushing.
• Preparation of Job Cards, Construction Worksheets and coordinate with planning to ensure timely execution.
• Organizing and Execution of Construction Activities
• Organizing Manpower, materials and Equipment
• Coordination with Procurement and follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordination with vendors and ensuring the Vendor Deliverables on time.
• Coordination with QA / QC for Inspections (Material & Construction).
• Monitoring preservation activities such as pumps,blowers,vessels,exchangers at both laydown yard and site locations including monthly frequency inspection for all equipment along with Client.
• Supervision and Execution of Construction Works Assignment / Services
• HVAC System : Field Engineering & Construction
• Preservation for Static & Rotating Equipment : Field Engineering & Construction
• Packages Unit : Field Engineering & Commissioning
