Job Description

We are currently looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support our Qatar operations. This role requires the following responsibilities, qualifications, and terms.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA.
  • Quality Assurance test experience : familiarity with test script preparation, executing testing, raising bugs, and reporting to vendors for fixing.
  • Ability to write procedures and prepare training materials for new systems.
  • Training experience.
  • High-level knowledge of Demand Management, resource and capacity planning processes.
  • Preparation of management regular reports.
  • Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, and ability to build pivots.
  • Preparation of executive summaries, presentations / status reports, and management dashboards.
  • Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, logs, etc.) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
  • Assist senior project managers with day-to-day activities.
  • Manage small-sized projects.
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department.
