Branch Coordinator

Overview

Welcome to Your Next Adventure! As a Branch Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our grocery branches, driving performance, and supporting branch teams to deliver excellence. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned grocery branch. Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are achieved. Support and guide branch team leaders in managing staff. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Manage branch-level reporting, stock levels, and operational needs. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or grocery operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams and coordinate branch-level operations. Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and customer service. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree / diploma preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Inside Snoonu’s Universe
