Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Kids Club Animator to join our team in the Middle East. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll bring energy, fun, and imagination to our youngest guests’ experiences.

You’ll plan and lead a variety of activities, from arts and crafts to sports, games, and themed events, ensuring every child feels safe, happy, and engaged. Collaboration is key : you’ll work closely with parents, colleagues, and the wider entertainment team to create a welcoming, educational, and exciting environment for children of all ages.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children, parents, and team members.
• Experience in kids’ activities, teaching, arts and crafts, or sports, and a genuine love for creating magical moments.
• Energetic, patient, and full of creative ideas to keep kids entertained and inspired.
• A background in childcare, education, or hospitality is a strong plus.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working with diverse age groups, nationalities, and cultural backgrounds.
