Job description

Key Result Areas :

  • Manage the operational delivery of digital programmes and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.
  • Coordinate across QFIT and entity stakeholders to ensure alignment of project activities with QF’s digital strategy and institutional priorities.
  • Oversee the preparation of delivery dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports, providing clear visibility to the Director, Digital Programme Delivery and QF governance forums.
  • Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring escalation and resolution in a timely manner.
  • Support the integration of AI, automation, and data-driven tools into delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with enterprise / cloud architecture.
  • Manage the transition of completed initiatives into BAU operations, ensuring appropriate handover, documentation, and adoption.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Adoption & Change Management to ensure business units are engaged and solutions are fully utilised.
  • Build collaborative working relationships across QFIT, entities, and external vendors to support programme success.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Director, Digital Programme Delivery.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum preferred.
  • 8–10 years of relevant full‑time work experience, with at least 4 years in project or programme delivery roles.
  • Proven experience managing digital or IT delivery portfolios in complex, multi‑entity environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage risks, and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
