Resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and performing system enhancements based on requirements. Ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems, middleware, and legacy applications to maintain uninterrupted business processes. Custom Development Developing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows based on business requirements. Ensuring all developments adhere to SAP standards and best practices. Develop solutions to work on integration with non-sap systems. Implementation and Upgrades Supporting SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, including data migration and system integration. Performing configuration, customization, and testing for new functionalities. Knowledge Transfer Providing detailed documentation and knowledge transfer for all deliverables. Providing end-user support, including training, to empower teams to utilize the SAP system effectively and independently. Governance and Reporting Delivering progress updates, timesheets, and reporting. Ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) defined in the framework.
