The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, assessing and developing treatment plans, and helping patients reach their goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as they will be interacting with a variety of people. They should be able to think critically and work with a diverse patient population. We are seeking someone who is organized, reliable, and passionate about helping others. The candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in physical therapy. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Exercise Science is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should have knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, as well as the ability to research new treatment options and approaches. Responsibilities include assessing patients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, educating patients on self-care techniques, making referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary, collaborating with healthcare teams, completing documentation, and utilizing technology to track patient progress.
