Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Pet Food Manufacturing Expert specializing in dry pet food (cats & dogs) to join our team. The successful candidate will support formulation, extrusion technology, and quality control to establish world-class products in the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize pet food formulations (proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals).
Lead and oversee dry extrusion and kibble processing technology.
Ensure quality assurance aligned with AAFCO / FEDIAF international standards.
Optimize ingredient sourcing and costs while maintaining premium quality.
Support plant setup, scale-up, and process improvements.
Train local staff in production, formulation, and quality systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience in pet food manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of animal nutrition and feed formulation.

Expertise in extrusion technology and dry kibble production.

Familiarity with AAFCO / FEDIAF guidelines.

Experience in ingredient sourcing and supply chain optimization.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
