QA / QC Supervisor (Offshore EPC Project)

Duration : 12 Months

Working Hours & Days 12 hours,7 days a week

Location & Rotation : 60 ON / 21 OFF - Qatar

Salary : TBD

Objective of the Role :

To ensure that all construction, installation, and commissioning activities are performed in accordance with the project quality plan, approved procedures, drawings, specifications, and relevant international codes and standards. The QA / QC Supervisor is the frontline guardian of quality and integrity on the project.

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

• Conduct routine and witness inspections for all mechanical, piping, structural, and electrical / instrumentation disciplines. This includes :
• Materials : Verifying material certifications (MTCs), material traceability, and proper storage.
• Coatings & Linings : Inspection of surface preparation (blasting), coating thickness (DFT), adhesion, and holiday detection.
• Installation : Dimensional checks, bolt torquing, equipment alignment, grouting, and installation per drawings.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) : Witnessing NDT activities (RT, UT, MPI, LPT) and interpreting reports.
• Electrical : Inspection of cable laying, terminations, grounding, and equipment installation.
• Commissioning : Verifying cleanliness, tightness, and readiness of systems for handover.
