Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Expert with strong expertise in Finance and Projects modules to join our team in Doha, Qatar .

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) to support business requirements and improve operational efficiency within Oracle EBS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RICEW components for Oracle EBS Finance and Projects modules.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical design documents and conduct code reviews.
  • Support data migration, system integrations, and upgrade activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS customizations.
  • Enhance and optimize reports, workflows, and extensions for performance and maintainability.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS technical development .
  • In‑depth knowledge of Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Projects (Costing, Billing, Contracts) modules.
  • Proven experience in developing and supporting RICEW components :
  • Reports : BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher
  • Interfaces & Conversions : PL / SQL, SQL Loader, APIs, Web Services
  • Extensions : Forms Personalization, OAF Customizations
  • Workflows : Oracle Workflow Builder, AME
  • Strong expertise in Oracle PL / SQL , Forms / Reports 10g / 11g , and Unix shell scripting .
  • Working experience with Oracle Database 11g / 12c / 19c and EBS R12.2.x .
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or similar certification.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion / Cloud integrations .
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Prior experience working in Qatar or the GCC region is advantageous.
