Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Front Office Agent at Al Messila, located in Doha. The Front Office Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check‑in and check‑out processes, handling front office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Day‑to‑day tasks include addressing guest inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests during their stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist Duties, Check‑in processes, and general Front Office tasks
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and colleagues
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems and other front office software is an advantage
• Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
