Nassguard is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Qatar. In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between our sales team, customers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing, documentation, and client support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team activities and assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals.
- Manage client communication, follow up on inquiries, and maintain CRM records.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor order status from initiation to delivery.
- Liaise with logistics, accounts, and procurement departments for smooth transactions.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, document handling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and updated.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or safety product sales.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Should be available locally in Qatar with a valid visa and ready to join immediately.Why Join Nassguard?
