Summary Duties and responsibilities related to the Outlet Manager - Mr. & Mrs. Hawker position :

Lead all front-of-house operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, from daily opening and closing procedures to managing service flow.

Recruit, train, schedule, and manage the performance of the entire service team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Serve as the ultimate host and "face" of the restaurant, warmly welcoming guests, building relationships with regulars, and professionally resolving any complaints.

Possess and instill in the team a deep knowledge of Singaporean cuisine.

Drive restaurant profitability by managing the outlet's P&L, controlling costs (labor, beverage, supplies), and minimizing waste.

Work with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure food quality and presentation are consistently high and authentic to the Singaporean concept.

Manage all inventory for beverages, glassware, and service supplies, placing orders and conducting monthly stock-takes.

Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions to attract guests and boost sales.

Ensure the restaurant's ambiance, from decor to music, reflects the intended Singaporean vibe.

Guarantee strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Preferably Asian female candidate.

Experience in Middle East market.

Proven experience in Asian food concept restaurants.
