Engineer Subcontracting

Responsibilities Manage subcontracting processes across EPC and maintenance shutdown projects Evaluate prequalify and select subcontractors in line with project and company standards Draft review and negotiate subcontract agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders Ensure adherence to engineering standards codes and project specifications in all subcontracted works Monitor subcontractor performance including progress quality and cost control Assist in cost reconciliation variations and claims related to subcontractors Coordinate effectively between subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution Support both proposal and postaward subcontracting phases for relevant projects Ensure compliance with HSE standards and participate in risk assessments for subcontracted activities Requirements Bachelor s degree BE in Engineering Total Experience 3 5 years Relevant Subcontracting Experience Minimum 2 years Middle East Experience 1 2 years preferred Maximum age 35 years Nationality Open to all suitable candidates female candidates are encouraged to apply Languages English mandatory Urdu Hindi preferred Key Technical Skills Strong understanding of subcontracting processes and lifecycle Experience in evaluating selecting and managing subcontractors Ability to draft and negotiate subcontract agreements Knowledge of engineering standards codes and project specifications Experience in monitoring subcontractor performance and cost reconciliation Awareness of HSE standards and risk management in subcontracting Proven coordination skills between subcontractors and internal project teams Experience with maintenance shutdown SD and EPC subcontracting tasks proposal postaward Certifications Tools Proficiency in SAP Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with FIDIC contract principles
