Body Shop Team Leader / Qatar

Overview Our client is Qatars authorized dealer for American, German and French automotive brands

Sales and Service. We have below requirements for automobile dealership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversees the activities of a team of auto-technicians by allocating the workload, tools, floor space and materials to facilitate efficient completion of scheduled repairs and services.

Maintenance Services : Oversee the maintenance activities of the Denter or Painter team in order to facilitate the completion of scheduled repairs and services within the required time and standards set by the Division / Brand Partner.

Allocate workload to the assigned team, taking into consideration each technicians qualification and competency, to ensure completion of services within the defined schedule.

Monitor workload / tasks assigned to the team to ensure timely delivery; identify high technical faults to ensure its communication to the Body Shop Foreman and if additional assistance to repair is required.

Ensure that the area is adequately staffed to achieve its objectives and that the technicians are supplied with the necessary equipment / tools to perform the required tasks.

Assess impact of delays, interruptions or changes in plans in order to implement appropriate course of action to minimize issues.

Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials within the team; report all equipment failures to the Body Shop Foreman for immediate repairs.

Qualifications

Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue

English - Very Good

Own a Car - Any

Have Driving License - Any
