Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (Professional qualifications like CA ACCA CIMA etc. are preferred).
35 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Exposure to IFRS is preferable.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP software.
Proficient in English (Arabic is desirable).
Middle East experience is preferable.
Key Responsibilities
Process transactions book entries and prepare reconciliations and relevant schedules.
Ensure financial and accounting transactions comply with Milaha’s policies and relevant reporting standards.
Provide support for budgeting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other operational financerelated functions.
Implement necessary financial controls systems and processes to support business operations.
Perform various account reconciliations and system bank reconciliations.
Review trial balance revenue and expense accounts for errors before monthend closing.
Prepare and post entries for monthend closing processes.
Perform intercompany transactions and support management reporting and data analytics.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and Milaha policies.
Assist business units with financial advice and insights.
Participate in health & safety security and quality initiatives.
