Job Description
Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in / check-out processes
Lead and motivate the front desk team to maintain high service standards
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor room availability and assist with reservations when needed
Train new team members and support ongoing development
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front office, preferably in a supervisory capacity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team and handle guest interactions with confidence and empathy
Opera system experience
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
