Deliver

high-quality service

to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. Oversee a specific section of the restaurant, ensuring

smooth and efficient service . Collaborate

closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings. Maintain the highest standards of

cleanliness and hygiene . Handle guest complaints and feedback with

professionalism . Train and mentor

junior staff members to uphold service excellence. Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Waitress / Waitresses

or similar role in a high-end restaurant. Strong knowledge of French and

Mediterranean cuisine . Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal

skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

and remain calm under pressure. Fluent in

English ; knowledge of French is an advantage. Professional

appearance and demeanour. A
