HVAC Technician

Job Overview

The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all HVAC systems operate efficiently to maintain proper temperature, air quality, and humidity levels critical for production processes and employee comfort. Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, chillers, and AC in the production, office and accommodations. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Monitor and maintain temperature and humidity control systems for production and storage areas. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. Support emergency repairs and breakdown response when required. Coordinate with production teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and parts inventory.

Comply with safety standards and ensure HVAC systems meet regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualification

Preferably Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field. Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to HVAC systems.
