A high-end restaurant located in Doha, Qatar , renowned for its fine dining experience and exceptional service offering a unique blend of French and Arabic cuisine  isseeking an experienced and highly professional Head Waiter to join their prestigious ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through impeccable service, leadership, and coordination of front-of-house staff. As the Head Waiter, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring all guests receive exceptional service.
• Supervise and train waitstaff, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements to maximize dining efficiency.
• Ensure that the restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and organized always.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and adherence to menu specifications.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to advise guests.
• Assist in the development and implementation of service standards and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and cleanliness.
• Manage and oversee the opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Assist in inventory control and ordering of front-of-house supplies.
