Overview

French Tutor – Umm-Salal. We are seeking a qualified French tutor to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. No prior experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Develop lesson plans and teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum
Provide one-on-one or group instruction to students
Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on current teaching methods and techniques
Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share ideas and resources

Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in French, both spoken and written

Bachelor's degree in French, education, or related field preferred

Prior experience as a French tutor or teacher is an asset but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students

Passion for teaching and helping others learn the French language

This position is suitable for both men and women. Fluency in English is not required but would be beneficial.
