Architect - Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities

Creating concept designs from scratch, including themes, color schemes, materials, etc., and preparing all necessary documentation for presentation and understanding by third parties (sketches, mood boards, material sample boards, etc.). Issuing design development and execution drawings using CAD software. Communicating with clients and landlords to gather feedback and interpret their requirements into the design. Obtaining approvals from clients, malls, and other relevant entities. Supervising the site to ensure the design is implemented correctly. Developing a Bill of Quantities. Keeping all stakeholders continuously updated on project progress. Developing procurement and work schedules for projects. Requirements

Excellent command of English. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
