The HSBC Graduate Program is an 18-month to 2-year rotational program offering on-the-job training in a dynamic environment for recent graduates. It provides professional development and tailored growth opportunities, with placements aligned to your interests and career aspirations. The program aims to develop future leaders through leadership training, mentoring, communication and interpersonal skills development, teamwork enhancement, and job rotations across different operational areas.
