Review project documents related to ICT and Telecoms, including security systems and audio-visual systems, ensuring installation, testing, commissioning, and method statements / procedures meet project specifications. Conduct regular site visits to verify the installation of ICT and Telecoms services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and support testing, commissioning, and digitalization efforts. Support the development and updating of operating procedures for hardware, networks, and operating systems. Perform non-routine operations involving data processing, peripherals, communications, and networking equipment. Carry out routine monitoring, logging, and reporting tasks under supervision, reporting problems and exceptional events to the Lead, and following administrative procedures. Utilize management systems software and analysis equipment to collect statistics and generate reports as needed. Perform routine configuration, installation, and reconfiguration of ICT / Telecommunication hardware, software, and operating systems. Troubleshoot and provide technical support during maintenance, repair, upgrades, and installations. Respond to instructions or follow plans to install or remove ICT / Telecommunication hardware and software, ensuring proper operation. Gather information to resolve incidents and allocate incidents appropriately following established procedures. Ideal Profile

Requirements

Job Purpose Assist ICT functions by providing detailed technical expertise throughout project phases, maintaining the ICT / Telecoms support environment, and resolving operational issues. Qualifications

High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics, Information Systems, or related fields. Knowledge and / or Experience

Minimum 5 years of Telecoms experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry. Proficiency in ICT core skills, applications, tools, and techniques. Knowledge of relevant national and international standards. Experience in project management and support environments. Technical and Business Skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Technical expertise with broad IT knowledge. Understanding of risk, security, and continuity management principles.
