We are currently seeking a Female Banquet Supervisor who is fluent in Arabic to join at a luxury 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in banquet or event management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of events and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise all banquet operations, including set-up, service, and breakdown
• Ensure that all events are executed according to the client's specifications and company standards
• Train and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients, responding to their needs and requests promptly
• Monitor and control banquet expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies
• Conduct pre-event meetings with clients to ensure all details are confirmed and understood
• Conduct post-event evaluations and address any issues or concerns with clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless event experience for clients
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
