Cluster Revenue Manager APAC (Relocation)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join a leading international hospitality group's regional revenue management team, based in Shanghai, China .

In this role, you will manage 23 hotel properties across the Asia Pacific region , focusing on revenue optimization, pricing strategy, and business performance analysis. You'll work closely with commercial and operations teams to maximize profit, market share, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue and pricing strategies across assigned hotels.
• Analyze market trends and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee forecasting, inventory management, and channel performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive commercial success.
