Requirements
- Installation, configuration and administration of WebSphere Application Server (V9.x), HCL Portal (V9.0.x), WCM (V9.0.x), DataPower (V10.0.x), and BPM (V8.6.x).
- Troubleshooting WAS, HCL Portal, DataPower and BPM issues.
- IBM BPM installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting including Process Center, Process Server & JVMs.
- Hands‑on experience with cluster setup, upgrade and migration processes.
- Day‑to‑day business support (deployment, performance tuning, handling application server issues).
- Expertise building upon WebSphere Portal Server administration along with WCM.
- Familiarity with syndication, subscription mechanism & WCM administration.
- Experience setting up portal horizontal clusters & upgrading / migrating environments from lower to higher versions along with applications.
- Production support skills for the IBM Portal environment.
- Working knowledge of Linux.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for HCL Portal, DataPower, WAS and BPM.
- Knowledge of at least one web server such as IBM HTTP and its integration with HCL Portal.
- Understanding of project‑management techniques and practices.
- Experience with administration and configuration‑management tasks.
- Good troubleshooting skills and monitoring activities.
- Strong knowledge in DP firmware upgrades.
- File management, DP extension functions.
- Creating users, domains, access restrictions.
- Responsible for migrating services from sandbox to dev, QA, prod lower environments to higher environments.
- Error handling and logging in DataPower.
- Hands‑on experience in AAA (authentication, authorization, auditing) and customization of AAA policy.
- Hands‑on experience in SSL proxy configuration and certificate management.
- Good knowledge in administration of RedHat OpenShift Cluster.
- Familiarity with installation and configuration of OpenShift and its components.
- Familiarity with Cloud Pak for integration installation and deployment capabilities.
