Job Description

Performs all supervisory functions for the Kids Club Staff according to company policies and procedures including, hiring qualified Kids Club Attendants, training, performance.
Assist with performance appraisals and corrective.
Attends all club staff meetings.
Ensures that the Kids Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards at all times.
Ensures that all toys and other objects are clean and ensures the safety of children in Kid s club area. Follow all safety rules and practices.
Ensures that all Kid s club staff maintains current CPR certification for all ages.
Trains all Kids Club attendants to perform duties according to company policy
Project a positive friendly and caring attitude at all times while interacting with children and their parents
Provide parents or guardians information of the child’s behaviour and any unusual occurrence or activity involving their child.

Qualifications

List any licenses or certifications required by the position : CPR / AED, First Aid

Relevant degree such as High School and College Degree in General Education, Education, Early Childhood Education, Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, Teaching, Hospitality and Tourism Management

Must have previous experience working in the hospitality industry.
