Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mason to join a short-term project in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in masonry, plastering, tile installation, and shuttering/formwork & carpentry works.
Candidates who are skilled across multiple construction trades and can work independently with minimal supervision are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out block work, brickwork, and general masonry activities.
- Perform internal and external plastering to required standards.
- Install floor and wall tiles, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and finishing.
- Execute shuttering/formwork and basic carpentry works as required at site.
- Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
- Prepare and handle construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure proper finishing and quality of all assigned works.
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other site workers to complete tasks within the required schedule.
- Perform other general construction duties related to the assigned project.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Mason / Multi-Skilled Mason / Civil Worker.
- Strong practical experience in:
- Block Work / Masonry
- Plastering
- Floor & Wall Tiling
- Shuttering / Formwork
- Basic Carpentry
- Ability to perform multiple construction activities as required.
- Good knowledge of construction tools, materials, and work methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid QID / NOC preferred.
- Previous Qatar/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit and capable of working at a construction site.
- Willingness to work for a short-term project.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
