RME Machinery & Equipment Trading LLC is an affiliate Company of REEL International whose head office is in France. The Company is specialized in the industrial supply of complex bulk materials handling solutions and serving a worldwide portfolio of established clients.

Poste :

We are seeking for an

Accountant - Dubai office.

Directly reporting to the Accounting Manager based in Dubai (UAE), the role consists of the following key responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurately recording of all day-to-day financial transactions of the company and ensure compliance with VAT regulation.
Able to handle invoice mismatches and expedite resolution and ensure accurate classification of expenses.
Review employees expenses claims and ensure proper categorization of expenses and compliance of attached receipts / invoices.
Maintain group policies and ensure application of the process.
Payment processing through online banking, adherence to deadlines and monthly bank reconciliation preparation.
Maintain proper accounts documentation.
Process of Sale Invoicing & filing and ensure compliance with VAT regulation.

Profil : Skills & Experience

Accounting degree is essential.

At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field within the UAE.

Excellent communication skill

Fluent in English (French and Arabic is a plus).

Proficient in ERP systems with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package

Strong MS excel skills

Knowledgeable in Accounting software

Good organizational skills and rigor

Team player - enjoys to work in a multi-cultural environment

Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
