We are seeking a seasoned Divisional cum Sales Manager for Q-tech Security in India to lead our sales team and drive growth in the security solutions market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a passion for developing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve divisional goals.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
