As a trusted engineering service partner, STEADFAST is specialized in helping clients stay ahead of the curve through transformational solutions and deliver outcomes with increased efficiency by fulfilling their project requirements with tailored and customized outsourcing solutions ranging from design support to As-built and BIM modeling. Steadfast was established with the purpose of meeting an ever-increased demand for specialized technical expertise in Engineering Workforce, BIM modeler and CAD draftsman. STEADFAST also provides a wide range of accredited and specialized safety professionals to help customers reduce risk and keep employees safe at the project sites. Furthermore, STEADFAST has worked with Project Management Companies, Consultancies, Main Contractors and Sub-contractors to achieve optimal solutions for a wide range of projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with local laws and regulations.
- Ensuring the highest safety compliance standards and a healthy work setting for staff, visitors and vendors.
- Monitoring and staying updated on safety regulations, codes and standards applicable to the industry.
- Supporting emergency preparedness and response efforts, including developing evacuation plans and procedures.
- Investigating accidents, incidents and near-miss events to determine root causes and implementing corrective measures to prevent a recurrence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote safety initiatives and ensure the integration of safety practices into daily operations.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with external organizations, such as government bodies, safety organizations and insurance companies.
Ideal Profile
Qualification : NEBOSH certified
Experience : Maximum 5+year, relvant to oil & gas is 2+ years
Should have PTW Holder
Duration : 3 month & extendable
Joining period : Immediately
Job Location : Lusail
