B.Sc in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
ISO Lead Auditor certification (preferred in ISO 9001).
Experience :
Minimum 7–10 years of QA / QC experience, preferably in civil and marine construction projects (e.g., ports, jetties, berth structures).
Job Description :
Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and work procedures.
Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to QA / QC procedures.
Maintain and update quality records, NCRs, corrective and preventive actions.
Liaise with clients and third-party inspectors for quality inspections and approvals.
Lead internal and external audits as per ISO standards and support continual improvement initiatives.
Prepare QA / QC reports and support project handover documentatiom.
