Role Description This is a fulltime onsite role for an HR Admin Assistant in Doha Qatar The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for daytoday tasks related to human resources and executive administrative assistance Additionally the candidate will also handle administrative assistance communication and customer service tasks Qualifications Human Resources HR skills include recruitment personnel management and HR processes Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance experience Strong customer service orientation Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to maintain confidentiality Executive Administrative Assistance skills such as calendar management travel coordination and correspondence preparation Administrative Assistance skills such as record management database management and filing Excellent Communication skills including written and verbal communication presentation and interpersonal skills Customer Service skills including responsiveness complaint handling and conflict resolution MBA in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
