Landscaping Foreman Softscape Irrigation Position Summary We seek a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Foreman specializing in softscape and irrigation to oversee the execution and maintenance of landscaping projects The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently safely and to the highest quality standards while maintaining effective communication with clients and project stakeholders Key Responsibilities Project Supervision and Execution Plan coordinate and execute softscape and irrigation installation and maintenance activities Oversee the planting of trees shrubs flowers and grass while ensuring proper soil preparation and plant placement Manage the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems including sprinklers drip systems and controllers Team Management Lead and supervise a team of landscapers providing clear instructions and assigning tasks Train team members on best practices in softscape planting irrigation techniques and equipment handling Monitor work progress to ensure timelines quality and safety standards are met Equipment and Material Management Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools machinery and irrigation equipment Monitor inventory of plants soil fertilizers and irrigation supplies and coordinate restocking as needed Quality Assurance and Reporting Inspect completed work to ensure it meets client specifications and company quality standards Maintain detailed records of daily activities including site progress materials used and any challenges encountered Client and Stakeholder Communication Liaise with clients contractors and project managers to ensure project requirements are understood and met Address client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally Employment Type FullTime Location Msaied Salary 60008000 QAR 6000 8000
