Responsibilities

  • To conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements, prepare analysis reports, and provide the best IT solutions and design.
  • To analyze business requirements and automate the procedures.
  • To perform process re‑engineering based on the automation study.
  • To plan and estimate duration of the effort needed for new features, components or modifications to an existing application.
  • To design and implement business applications using tools such as JDeveloper, Oracle Forms, Report Builder, and create new workflows in AME.
  • To deliver analysis studies and make recommendations regarding possible IT interventions.
  • To perform programming tasks according to the project plan and functional specifications.
  • To maintain relationships with key users (super users) and ensure proper use of the system.
  • To test and apply new features in development and test environments and then deploy to production.
  • To lead / manage end‑user training sessions prior to go‑live.
  • Daily monitoring and maintenance of ERP modules : Purchasing, Inventory, Procurement, Supplier, E‑tendering, Sourcing and Project Contract.
  • Follow up SRs in Oracle Metalink.
  • To document all tasks from project origination to user manual.

Requirements

  • Certificates in Oracle Development Financial / Logistics Track.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Solutions (financial and logistics).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules : Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Asset Management, Asset Tracking, Fixed Assets, Suppliers, Procurement Services.
  • Background in system administration preferred.
  • Powerful trainer able to explain complex concepts with everyday examples.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong writing skills for reports and follow‑up.
  • Minimum qualification : BSc. Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum work experience : At least 8 years in Applications Development.
  • Arabic speaker required.
