Who we're looking for : We're seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team at VML. You'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs across a variety of platforms, from digital marketing materials to print collateral. You'll work closely with art directors, copywriters, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life and ensure our brand is consistently represented with excellence. If you have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and a desire to create impactful work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Design Magic : Create compelling visual designs for a variety of projects, including websites, social media graphics, email marketing campaigns, print ads, brochures, and presentations.
• Brand Guardian : Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate & Create : Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Concept to Completion : Take projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality results.
• Stay Current : Stay up to date on current design trends and technologies.
• Present Your Work : Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams.
• Iterate & Improve : Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed.
• Manage Your Time : Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Explore AI : Experiment with AI tools for design exploration, concept generation, and rapid prototyping.
