Data Analysis Specialist Job Location Qatar Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics or a related field Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the Human Resources department or a similar role Proficiency in performing analysis in a database environment Strong background in Business Intelligence BI Analysis Experience in gathering data and developing insights to support business strategy Handson experience in combining operational data and employee feedback from multiple touch points Expertise in designing various employee engagement surveys Experience in developing Key Performance Indicators KPIs and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals Knowledge of conducting periodic research on best practices and emerging trends Research and diagnostics experience PC literate with proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions Design and implement effective employee engagement surveys Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators KPIs aligned with organizational goals Conduct periodic research on best practices and emerging trends Apply research and diagnostics expertise to drive business outcomes
