Salary :   40,000 Rs Per Month

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Steel & Structural Fabricator to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, fabricating structural steel components, and assembling metal frameworks with precision and quality. This role demands expertise in handling fabrication tools and a strong understanding of welding and metalworking techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.

Measure, cut, bend, and weld metal components based on design requirements.

Operate fabrication machinery such as cutting torches, shears, grinders, and welding equipment.

Assemble fabricated parts into products using hand and power tools.

Fit and align structural components like beams, frames, and columns as per layout.

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Follow welding procedures and safety protocols during fabrication.

Collaborate with engineers, welders, and other fabricators to ensure project accuracy.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the workshop or site.

Essential Qualifications :

ITI / Diploma in Fabrication, Welding, or Mechanical Engineering.

Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and assembly.

Skills Required :

Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, tools, and machines.

Ability to interpret structural and fabrication drawings precisely.

Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Arc welding.

Good understanding of steel grades and fabrication tolerances.

Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance procedures.

Physical stamina to work in demanding environments and handle heavy materials.

Teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
