Job Summary The Senior Mechanical Project Engineer in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing operations is involved in overseeing mechanical projects ensuring compliance with standards and regulations and optimizing mechanical systems functionality They provide technical leadership manage project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver highquality mechanical installations and contribute to the success of operations Job Responsibilities 1 Lead the planning design and execution of mechanical projects ensuring adherence to project specifications codes and standards Provide technical expertise in mechanical system design including HVAC Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning plumbing and fire protection systems Collaborate with clients architects and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive mechanical design solutions Manage project budgets schedules and resources to ensure timely and costeffective project delivery Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment necessary for project implementation Oversee the preparation of drawings specifications and project manuals Lead project meetings communicate project status updates and address any concerns or issues raised by project team members or stakeholders Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project team members fostering their professional development and growth Ensure the successful completion of mechanical projects including commissioning testing and closeout and facilitate the transition and maintenance
