Key Responsibilities :

Reception Duties :

• Warmly greet clients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries via phone / email.
• Use salon booking software (e.g., shortcuts, Zinoti, Fresha) and  Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)  for scheduling and reports.
• Process payments, manage retail sales, and maintain a clean reception area.

Supervisory & Management Duties :

Requirements :

3+ years of salon reception experience , with at least 1 year in a  supervisory / lead role .

Strong  computer skills  (salon software, MS Office, inventory systems).

Proven ability in  team management, training, and conflict resolution .

Experience in  stock control, ordering, and retail management .

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Professional, friendly, and leadership-oriented attitude.
