• Requirements :
• Proven experience operating Gantry Cranes, preferably in a shipyard or heavy industrial environment.
• 8+year of experience in port / shipyard. (Mandatory)
• 4 years as Gantry crane operator. (Mandatory)
• Mandatory Certifications :
• Gantry Crane Operator Certification (e.g., TÜV SÜD, ISO, or equivalent).
• Rigging and Slinging Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of shipyard safety standards and maritime regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret load charts, signals, and technical instructions.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in harsh marine environments.
