Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Media & Communications Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance our organization's visibility and reputation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive media and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, social media posts, and website articles
- Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across multiple platforms
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and create compelling stories about our initiatives and achievements
- Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and interviews
- Monitor media coverage and analyze communication effectiveness using data-driven approaches
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials and infographics
- Manage crisis communications and respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
