IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Technician

Industry : IT & Technical Support

Location : Doha, Qatar

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role (mid-level experience acceptable).
  • Expertise in Windows 11 and data backup tools.
  • Preferred certifications : Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or ITIL Foundation (flexible for candidates with hands-on experience).
  • Ability to configure and deploy new laptops with the image and support OS upgrades at remote sites (SSOC : Al-Sadd, Doha Port).

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure software and application compatibility.
  • Backup and restore user data for seamless transitions.
  • Provide end-user support during migration processes.
  • Maintain business continuity while managing ongoing IT operations.

    • Contract Duration : Temporary – 6 months (Extensions subject to discussion).
