Job Description

Create Technical Drawings :

Develop detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, tools, and components using CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.

Develop Blueprints :

Design and produce 2D and 3D digital models, blueprints, and schematics that depict how mechanical systems and components function.

Specify Materials and Dimensions :

Determine and document the necessary materials, dimensions, and procedures for new products and machinery.

Review and Revise Designs :

Analyze and review engineering documents, drawings, and specifications, making necessary updates and revisions to designs.

Collaborate with Engineers :

Work under the supervision of engineers and architects, incorporating their descriptions and feedback into design modifications.

Prepare Manufacturing Documents :

Produce detailed manufacturing drawings that can be used in the production process.

Ensure Accuracy and Compliance :

Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to design specifications and relevant codes.

Assist with Documentation :

Create illustrations for operational and maintenance manuals, and assist with generating other technical documentation.
