Role Overview

Our client is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Sales Manager to lead sales growth, marketing initiatives, and operational execution as they expand into new markets. This role requires a self-starter with startup experience, capable of wearing multiple hats from business development to team coordination and go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across target markets Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to closing deals Lead market expansion initiatives, conducting research and building local partnerships Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns, promotions, and digital outreach Oversee sales operations, CRM management, and pipeline reporting Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction Recruit, train, and mentor a small sales team as the business scales Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to management Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 5 -8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management Proven experience in startup or early-stage environments (launching or scaling new markets) Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and digital marketing basics Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
