We are looking for experienced and skilled

Production Engineers and Technicians

to join our

Calcium Carbonate manufacturing plant in Doha, Qatar . The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and safety across the production line. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor Calcium Carbonate production lines. Design and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Manage raw material handling, grinding, classification, coating, and packaging operations. Conduct laboratory tests (particle size, moisture, brightness). Collaborate with maintenance and lab teams to enhance performance and reduce downtime. Prepare technical and production reports, supporting continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Troubleshoot operational problems and implement corrective actions promptly. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

(for engineers). Diploma or technical certification (for technicians). Minimum

3 years of experience

in

Calcium Carbonate or similar powder manufacturing industry . Strong knowledge of raw materials and production equipment (mills, classifiers, coating units, packing systems). Familiarity with laboratory testing and quality control procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment. Skills

Desired Skills : Production process control and optimization. Quality monitoring and lab coordination. Data analysis and problem-solving. Understanding of industrial machinery and safety protocols.
