Job Description Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements, prepare analysis reports, and provide optimal IT solutions. Analyze business requirements and automate procedures. Perform process re-engineering based on automation studies. Plan and estimate effort durations for new features, components, or modifications to existing applications. Design and implement business applications using relevant tools. Experience with JDeveloper, Oracle Forms, Report Builder, and creating workflows in AME. Deliver analysis studies and recommend IT interventions. Perform programming tasks according to project plans and specifications. Maintain relationships with key users and ensure proper system utilization. Test and deploy new features in development, testing, and production environments. Lead and manage end-user training sessions prior to go-live. Monitor and maintain ERP modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, I-procurement, I-supplier, E-tendering, Sourcing, and Project Contracts. Follow up on service requests in Oracle Metalink. Document all tasks from project initiation to user manual creation. Requirements : Certificates in Oracle Development (Financial / Logistics Track). Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP solutions (financial and logistics). Extensive understanding of Oracle ERP modules including purchasing, sourcing, inventory, assets management, assets tracking, fixed assets, suppliers, and procurement services. System administration background is preferable. Proven trainer capable of explaining complex concepts with everyday examples. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Workshop facilitation and presentation skills. Strong report writing and follow-up skills. Minimum qualification : BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum experience : 8 years in applications development. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
