Deploy is a new suite of consulting solutions designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for execution support, with a dual mission : deployment and value realization over the entire lifetime of major assets. Value realization is aplex task, and with Deploy we can de-risk the entire client / asset journey, from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution. This is done through a set of new capabilities focused on expert execution support, that we are bringing in toplement the traditional Advisors areas of strength.

As an Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Cards Portfolio Specialist) you will

This role will work with clients on the implementation of strategy to optimize performance drivers and revenues at the portfolio level. It will require working extensively with internal and external stakeholders to drive a robust lifecycle management program for card customers and deliver the business goals.

Product Management Specialist

Supports the client for profit and growth for cards, from revenue to credit costs (including Fraud) and direct / allocated costs

Supports client for product management for cards, Audit,pliance matters andplaints support

Guides and supports in executing strategies aimed at generating revenue through products in alignment with consumer banking strategy, with a focus on whole of bank value

Provides guidance and support to client-facing professionals and sales teams to solveplex client needs through products in conjunction with acquisitions vertical.

Supports the effort to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product growth ensuring collaboration with the internal marketing team in conjunction with acquisitions vertical.

Helps execute end-to-end solutions for all client segments resulting in superior customer experience.

Helps with training to internal stakeholders about the product offerings ensuring knowledge transfer to facilitate product roll-out.

Performs and analysespetitive benchmarking of the products vis-à-vispetition and the market and review pricing of the products periodically.
