Electrical Draftsman -Wastewater Treatment

Location : Industrial Area

Duration : 2 months, extendable

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Draftsman with experience in wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate electrical drawings and layouts, supporting the engineering team in the design and coordination of all electrical systems including power distribution, control panels, cable routing, and instrumentation interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and revise electrical drawings including SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), cable routing, lighting layouts, earthing layouts, and control panel wiring diagrams using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Develop detailed drawings for LV systems, instrumentation, and automation panels used in wastewater treatment processes.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers and other disciplines (mechanical, civil, ICA) to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.
• Maintain up-to-date drawing registers and documentation in accordance with project standards and QA procedures.
• Incorporate revisions and comments from consultants, engineers, and site feedback into updated drawing sets.
• Support as-built documentation preparation after project execution.
• Assist in preparing material take-offs (MTOs) and BOQs based on electrical drawings.
